Vendor Requirements
- Space Usage: Vendors are allocated a 12x12 feet space. Displays, products, and signage must fit within this space.
- Set-Up and Tear-Down: Set-up begins at 10am on August 8, 2024, and spaces must be cleared by 6pm on August 11, 2024.
- Licenses and Permits: Vendors are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and insurances.
- Product Restrictions: The sale of certain items may be restricted; a list will be provided upon acceptance.
- Vehicle Restrictions: No vehicles are allowed on the site during the event to ensure safety and accessibility.
General Policies
- Conduct: Professional and courteous behavior is expected at all times. The fair reserves the right to remove any vendor for policy violations.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted by August 1, 2024. The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Event Cancellation: In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, vendors will be notified and provided with further instructions.
