Vendor Requirements

  • Space Usage: Vendors are allocated a 12x12 feet space. Displays, products, and signage must fit within this space.
  • Set-Up and Tear-Down: Set-up begins at 10am on August 7, 2025, and spaces must be cleared by 6pm on August 10, 2025.
  • Licenses and Permits: Vendors are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and insurances.
  • Product Restrictions: The sale of certain items may be restricted; a list will be provided upon acceptance.
  • Vehicle Restrictions: No vehicles are allowed on the site during the event to ensure safety and accessibility.

General Policies

  • Conduct: Professional and courteous behavior is expected at all times. The fair reserves the right to remove any vendor for policy violations.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted by August 1, 2025. The registration fee is non-refundable.
  • Event Cancellation: In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, vendors will be notified and provided with further instructions.
